Our Story
Founded in the heart of Štip, OK Štip UGD has grown from a group of local enthusiasts into one of the most respected volleyball clubs in North Macedonia. Our identity is built on teamwork, hard work and the development of young players who carry the name of our city with pride.
A cornerstone of the club is our close collaboration with Goce Delčev University (UGD). The university stands behind our players, our youth school and our ambitions — on the national stage and in European competition.
From the first training session to the final whistle, we believe volleyball builds more than athletes — it builds people.

Our Achievements
Through the years, OK Štip UGD has written some of the proudest pages of Macedonian volleyball — national titles, cup triumphs and unforgettable nights in front of our home crowd.
In the 2025/26 season the club proudly represented Štip and North Macedonia in the CEV Challenge Cup, competing among Europe's best.
